What we look for

• A specific purpose that makes the intended use easy to understand.
• A named author or developer for the listing.
• A working source file or product link that readers can inspect.
• Language that matches what the tool actually does.

What we use

Submissions enter a pending state through the upload flow. We check the submitted details and source, then manually approve the content file before it can appear in the public library.
